Virtual IT Director

The size of your organisation and sometimes the nature of your business, will determine whether you will need a senior management figure that is seen as Head of IT. entrustCT have several consultants that perform the role of IT Director or IT Manager for our clients. These assignments are typically part-time and are for one or two days per week. The IT Director/CIO will work at board and senior management level within your business, so as to understand your company plans and help to build a strategy for IT if none exists. He or she will then help to cost the strategy and remain to assist with its implementation if needed.
